Agreement
By using Hit the Road Dude AI at https://hittheroadai.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The service
Hit the Road Dude AI lets you upload a photo of yourself or your pet and buy credits to generate a 15-second vertical comedy video: your face (or pet) in the driver’s seat of a pickup-truck meme clip. Google Sign-In, if you use it, is only for creating or opening an account. Video generation uses a separate provider, not Google APIs.
We may change or pause a feature. We will try to give notice when we can.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at jolahuaii@gmail.com if you see unauthorized use.
Photos and acceptable use
Upload only a photo you have the right to use: yourself, your pet, or an adult who agreed.
You may not use the service to:
- Create nudity, sexual content, or intimate imagery of any person.
- Create AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or any deepfake sexual content.
- Upload photos of minors.
- Upload celebrities, strangers, or anyone who did not agree.
- Break the law, attack the site, steal other people’s content, or send spam or malware.
We may refuse, delete, or report content that breaks these rules. Google APIs are not used to generate images or videos.
Payment
Paid credits are billed by the provider shown at checkout. Each generated clip spends one credit. Refunds are handled case by case — email jolahuaii@gmail.com.
Intellectual property
The site’s own design and original content belong to the site operator. You keep the photo you upload and the clip we generate for you, subject to these terms and any rights in the underlying meme audio or footage. This is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with people in the original viral video.
Termination
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. You may close your account in settings.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using or not being able to use the site.
Changes
Material changes get a new date at the top of this page.
