Hit the Road Dude AI is a consumer website. You upload a photo of yourself or your pet. We generate a 15-second vertical comedy video that places that face in a pickup-truck meme clip. Google Sign-In is optional and is used only to create or open an account.

Information we collect

1. Account you create with email — email address, display name, and a password hash. We never store your password in plain text.
2. Google Sign-In (optional) — if you tap “Sign in with Google”, Google sends us your Google account email, name, and profile photo. We use that only to create or recognize your account. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Photos, YouTube, or other Google data. We do not use Google APIs to generate images or videos.
3. Photos you upload — the image you send so we can put that face (or pet) into the truck clip. Upload only a photo you have the right to use.
4. Generated videos — the 15-second MP4 we create from your photo, stored so you can download it.
5. Payments — Stripe (or the checkout provider we show) processes the card. We receive payment status, amount, and an email for the receipt. We do not store full card numbers.
6. Usage and device — pages opened, feature used (for example “create clip”), browser type, IP address, and approximate country. Used to run the site, prevent abuse, and fix errors.
7. Cookies — a session cookie is required to keep you signed in. Optional analytics cookies run only if you accept them.

How we use it

• Create and keep your account.
• Generate the comedy truck clip you asked for.
• Process credit purchases and send receipts.
• Reply to support mail.
• Prevent fraud, spam, and illegal use.
• Meet the law.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Google Sign-In data to train public models. We do not use Google APIs for AI image or video generation. We do not create, host, or allow AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), nudity, or sexual content.

Sharing

We share data only with processors that run this site:

• Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, and file storage.
• Stripe — checkout and payment confirmation.
• Fal (or the generation provider configured in admin) — receives the photo URL solely to produce the clip you requested.
• Resend (if password-reset or verification email is enabled) — sends that email.
• Google — only if you choose Google Sign-In; Google then sends us the account fields listed above.

We share data if the law requires it, or to stop abuse.

Retention

Account data stays until you delete the account. Uploaded photos and generated clips are kept so you can re-download them; we may delete unused files after a reasonable period or after you ask us to delete them. Payment records are kept as long as tax and dispute rules require.

Your rights

You can access, update, export, or delete your account from Settings, or email jolahuaii@gmail.com. Deleting the account removes the profile we store. Ask us if you also want stored photos and clips removed.

If you signed in with Google, you can revoke this app in your Google Account third-party access page. That stops new Google logins; email us if you also want the local account deleted.

Children

This service is for people 18 or older. Do not upload photos of minors. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

International transfers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Processors may store data in the United States or other countries. By using the site you understand that transfer.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we update the date at the top of the page.
