Refunds

Credits, not a subscription

Hit the Road Dude AI sells clip credits. One generated video spends 1 credit. A single clip is $6.80. A 3-clip pack is $19.80. There is no monthly plan to cancel.

If generation fails

When a run fails, that credit comes back to your balance. Try another photo: front-facing, one subject, even light. Sunglasses, a hand over the face, or a group shot are the usual reasons a face does not hold.

Asking for money back

Email jolahuaii@gmail.com from the address on the account. Say the order date and whether the credits are unused. We look at each request. Credits already spent on a finished clip are not refunded as cash. We do not refund because you dislike the joke, or because you posted the video and changed your mind.

What we need from you

Include the email you signed in with. Do not send the photo again unless we ask. We reply to jolahuaii@gmail.com.
